    My Story

    I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a Master's degree in Counselling Psychology. Earlier in my career, I worked in the health sector as an analyst, but I found myself drawn to the human stories and experiences of individuals facing trauma, stress, and disconnection, and navigating those challenges. My desire to support people in their mental wellness led me to train and work as a Health and Life Coach, and later, I transitioned into psychotherapy services to deepen my ability to help individuals. I specialize in assisting young people and adults in navigating life challenges with a client-centered approach that is both non-judgmental and empathetic. I focus on collaboratively developing a personalized treatment plan that honors each client's unique needs, personality, and worldview. I believe deeply in the inner wisdom of my clients, working together to uncover their strengths and achieve their goals for personal growth. In my practice, I incorporate a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples (EFCT), EFT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Somatic Therapy, and mindfulness practices. I am also trained in and incorporate non-violent communication techniques (NVC) in my work with couples and individuals. I look forward to connecting with you and embarking on this journey together!

    Path For Hope offers virtual psychotherapy services aimed at enhancing mental wellness for individuals and couples. We address a variety of issues, including relationship concerns, communication challenges, and divorce. Our services also support personal growth by helping clients cope with anxiety, depression, chronic pain, PTSD, grief and loss, anger management, trauma, self-esteem, as well as stress and burnout.

    We offer a range of evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Somatic Therapy and Mindfulness-Based therapy.


    Individual therapy sessions are typically 50 minutes long, while group therapy sessions may be longer. The length of each session may vary depending on the needs of the client.
